Walter Goddard was born in 1425 in Cherhill, Wiltshire, England. He died there in 1490. He was married to Sybil Mychell around 1449. They had a son, John Goddard.

Generation 13

John Goddard was born in 1465 in Upham, Wiltshire, England and died in 1558 in Enfield, Middlesex, England. He was married to Elizabeth Berenger around 1521. She was bornin 1489 in Manningford, bruce, Wiltshire, England and died in 1534 in Aldbourne, Wiltshire, England. They had a son, Thomas Goddard.

He married Calista Almira Lawrence on March 22 1857, the daughter of Isaac Lawrence and caroline Elmer. She was born on November 24 1838 in Stukely, Shefford, Quebec, Canada and died there on March 30 1882. They had these children: After Calista's death, Charles married Lucinda Blunt who was born November 5 1840 in Quebec. Just before his death, Charles was selling tickets for a train and slumped over in his chair. His son Myron was with him. Charles did not recover.

Elmer Lawrence Goddard was born July 6 1878 in South Stukely, Shefford, Quebe, Canada and died in 1943 in Indiana. He married Nettie Wilhelmina Church in 1905, the daughter of William Cyrus Church and Nellie Amelia Chapman. She was born on November 12 1882 in Thompson, Connecticut, and she died in 1955 in Indianapolis, Marion, Indiana, USA. They had one son: After a divorce, Elmer married Katherine May Warren Pierson on December 10 1921, the daughter of John Pierson and Emma Adkins. They had no children. Katherine had at least one child from a previous marriage.

Lawrence Elmer Goddard was born May 5 1906 in Worcester, Massachusetts, USA and died on May 19 1969 in Indianapolis, Marion, Indiana, USA. He married Viola G Mcilvain, the daughter of Frank Mcilvain and Nellie Johnson. She was born on August 31 1905 in Indiana, USA and she died on October 17 1976 in Monticello, White, Indiana, USA. They had these children: Viola was married previously to Charlie Myron Roberts. The children born in this marriage were William Benton Roberts, June 5 1924 - August 29 1993; and Betty Lee Roberts, July 4 1926 - January 13 2003.
